1. How many collections do you make per year?

- We are making two collections per year, one for spring-summer and one for fall-winter.

2. How do I place an order?

- Request a password from us for our online lookbook. After that, use any of the methods listed on the contact page, and 1. we will send you a line sheet catalog with all of the details necessary via email or 2. by post. With a request by mail/post, we can send swatches with the fabrics & colors that we use and samples with the products that we make.

3. What is the delivery time?

- This varies depending on the order size and destination of the selected items. After placing the order, this detail will be given in the shortest time possible.

4. How much are the shipping costs?

- This varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of the selected items. Shipping costs will be given after assessing the order.

5. Can you make adjustments to the products if needed?

- Yes, if, for example, you need a different size standard, we can make your order according to that. However, keep in mind that we can adapt only in the production phase. All our samples are made in European size "M" or US size "S".

6. To represent a brand better, I usually request personalized brand materials. What type of materials do you have?

- Depends on your need. We are flexible and try our best to adapt to any situation. In the past, we made personalized bags, hangers, roll-ups, and catalogs.

7. What payment methods do you have?

- PayPal, Bank transfer, and Cheque.

8. I am a store owner. How do I order TEALstudio?

- Email us, and we will appoint you to the salesperson responsible for the geographical territory from which you are.
